Empowering Youth Through Vocational Training

As India works toward becoming a Viksit Bharat by 2047, FHLE’s livelihood programs are designed to empower individuals and families with the skills, resources, and support needed to become self-sufficient and economically independent. A Viksit Bharat hinges on a strong and diverse economy that is inclusive and sustainable, ensuring that every citizen has the opportunity to thrive. FHLE supports this vision by focusing on creating sustainable livelihoods that reduce poverty and enhance financial independence, particularly for marginalized communities.

Our livelihood initiatives include vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and access to financial resources for small-scale enterprises, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas. We help individuals from marginalized communities gain technical skills in sectors like tailoring, agriculture, food processing, construction, and digital services, enabling them to access better employment opportunities. Additionally, we offer support for women entrepreneurs by providing access to microcredit, business development services, and market linkages, thus empowering women to become leaders in their communities. These efforts align with the goal of a Viksit Bharat, where economic self-reliance is a reality for all, fostering inclusive growth and prosperity.
