FHLE supports this vision by focusing on creating sustainable livelihoods that reduce poverty and enhance financial independence, particularly for marginalized communities.

Our livelihood initiatives include vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and access to financial resources for small-scale enterprises, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas. We help individuals from marginalized communities gain technical skills in sectors like tailoring, agriculture, food processing, construction, and digital services, enabling them to access better employment opportunities. Additionally, we offer support for women entrepreneurs by providing access to microcredit, business development services, and market linkages, thus empowering women to become leaders in their communities.
